To ensure a long life of fun we manufacture with uniqely high quality materials, construction, and design; but that doesn't make buying things over the internet any easier! We offer exchanges and returns to keep you happy for a relationship that lasts as long as the gear.
Exchanging for Like Items
If you would like to change size or swap for something similar, we are happy to exchange it š«
Log in with your email and order number at bbuc.co/account to get things started. Select the item you'd like to exchange, select the reason, and please add a description in the note field for what you'd like. Simply return the original piece at your convenience and in parallel we'll send the new item to you free of charge!
Exchanging Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives in less than stellar quality we want to sort it out right away!
Please email us at happiness@bbuc.co with a description and photos to help us understand the situation. If it's something non-functional like finishing details we may offer you a partial refund to avoid unnecessary shipping, but if it's something else we'll quickly send a replacement.
In the case of damage during transit we will need your help to provide photos of the parcel in order to file a claim with the carrier. In addition to sending your replacement, we may offer a special thanks in gear or discounts š
Returns and Refunds
If the gear just isn't for you, we're disappointed but understand and offer a 14-day window to return the order for a refund šæ. If you're outside of that window we're happy to make special accommodations for store credit as well.
We count two weeks from the arrival date of your delivery and ask that you ship the gear back to us in like-new condition: unworn and unwashed with original packaging and tags. Used gear will be reviewed on a case by case basis and often settled as store credit. Instead of throwing them in the trash like many fashion brands we hope to process the pieces and offer them at a discount to make someone happy.
To get the process started log in with your email and order number at bbuc.co/account and select the pieces you'd like to return, noting the reason. We will review the submission and approve the shipment with a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
We do not accept unsolicited returns without an RMA and you will be responsible for arranging your own shipping, which must be tracked and insured to assure delivery. We take no responsibility for lost shipments.
If rates are too expensive in your area please email happiness@bbuc.co and we can offer a flat rate for shipping from which will be deducted from the refund.
Any import duties we incurr from receiving your shipment will be deducted from your refund amount. It's important to note to your carrier of choice that it's a return shipment to origin, not an export to avoid unnecessary fees.
Refunds are procssed on a first-come, first-serve basis Monday through Thursday. Once your shipment arrives we will review the order and notify you via email when the refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow for processing time of 14 days, and additional time in the case of special releases, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
