To ensure a long life of fun we manufacture with uniqely high quality materials, construction, and design; but that doesn't make buying things over the internet any easier! We offer exchanges and returns to keep you happy for a relationship that lasts as long as the gear.
Exchanging for Like Items
If you would like to change size or swap for something similar, we are happy to exchange it 💫
Just send us an email at happiness@bbuc.co to get things started and simply cover the return shipping cost then we will send the new item to you free of charge!
Exchanging Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives in less than stellar quality we want to sort it out right away!
Please email us at happiness@bbuc.co with a description and photos to help us understand the situation. If it's something non-functional like finishing details we may offer you a partial refund to avoid unnecessary shipping, but if it's something else we'll quickly send a replacement.
In the case of damage during transit we will need your help to provide photos of the parcel in order to file a claim with the carrier. In addition to sending your replacement, we may offer a special thanks in gear or discounts 👀
Returns and Refunds
If the gear just isn't for you, we're disappointed but understand and offer a 14-day window to return the order for a refund 😿
We count two weeks starting from the arrival date of your delivery and ask that you ship the gear back to us in like-new condition: unworn and unwashed with original packaging and tags. Instead of throwing them in the trash like many fashion brands we hope to process the pieces and offer them at a discount to make someone happy.
To get the process started please email us at happiness@bbuc.co with your order number and note that you would like to send us a return. You will be responsible for arranging your own shipping and we encourage choosing a tracked and insured shipment in case something happens. If we offer a return shipment label, the cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please be sure to note your name and order number in the package so we know who it came from :)
Any import duties we incurr from receiving your shipment will be deducted from your refund amount. It's important to note to your carrier of choice that it's a return shipment to origin, not an export to avoid unnecessary fees. If you lost the original invoice or need additional info, we can provide electronic copies to help clarify the situation.
Refunds are procssed on a first-come, first-serve basis Monday through Friday. After your shipment arrives we will review the order and notify you via email the return credit is issued to your original payment method. Please allow for processing time of a week, and additional time in the case of special releases, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the chargeback to reflect in your bank account. If you haven’t been credited after receiving our confirmation, check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund please contact us at happiness@bbuc.co.
